Company History

Health Chain Solutions, LLC (HCS) grew out of INTELLAPRO, Inc. a process engineering and data management company that has been headquartered for over 20 years in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 2005 David Swart the CEO of HCS participated as the volunteer Director of Development for the Greater Cincinnati Diabetes Program. In addition, was responsible for the development of development of the Diabetes screening process design, data capture and diabetes screen registry that was deployed to private medical practice and Federally Qualified Health Care (FQHC) facilities predicating in the diabetes program.

The diabetes program experience left Mr. Swart with a number if observations and questions concerning healthcare. Over the next 3 years he invested in research and came to understand that the problems that plagued healthcare could not be address with traditional skill sets, methods, tools and technologies. Mr. Swart began to assemble a team of cross-industry specialist to develop the HCS’ proprietary process and technology design and provide the capability to capture data from the current fragmented healthcare system and generate actionable information to strategically address rising healthcare cost.
